What a LOVEly day! Start it off by looking in the mirror...really...take a look into your eyes & say I love you. Say it outloud...say it with Love...say it until you FEEL it...until the inner voice of judgement is silenced....until the armor you have built around your heart begins to soften...until the part of you that you believe is unlovable begins to realize that it is...just let yourself be loved & let it start with YOU!
