Look in the mirror...really look into your eyes. What do you see? Feel LOVE radiate from their depths & see the beautiful Light of YOU...Be prepared to be overwhelmed by the magnificence!! If you don't see it or feel it right away, don't worry...it's there. Just let the barriers drop away...& remind yourself it is safe - safe to look at YOU...YOU are LOVE!
