Are you shoulders already tense thinking about all you have to do today?  Stop & take a breath.  Now pull your shoulders up, take a breath, & let them drop as you release your breath.  Repeat until the tension leaves. Now SMILE! There is nothing to worry about today.  It is a beautiful day! Everything that needs to happen will & the rest will drop away...so breathe & enjoy the wonders that are in store for you today!
