Went out onto the balcony first thing & took a deep breath of this exhilarating Autumn air! Allow yourself to B R E A T H E today...really take a couple of BIG deep breaths. Notice when you do how parts of your body relax...places you didn't even realize were tense. Nurture yourself in this small way...your body will appreciate it!....did you do it yet?.....now?...you can eye roll & chuckle at me all you want...just make sure you do it!!:)
