Today use your words...you know, the ones...I LOVE YOU!!! Start first by looking in the mirror & say it to yourself until you know you mean it...& you have received it. Now go tell the people in your life that you Love them...have it come straight from your heart...& make sure they know you mean it!!! I say it all the time to my son...so much that at times I think it is white noise to him...so sometimes, after I tell him, I then take an extra moment - stop everything - & make sure he hears me...either by changing the words or having him look at me...these are the priceless moments. Don't waste them...say I LOVE YOU today!!!
